Mobeye Ger\u00e4te k\u00f6nnen Anrufe t\u00e4tigen, Textnachrichten\/E-Mails an mehrere Kontakte schicken, aber auch bei Bedarf Berichte an eine (private) Notrufzentrale senden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie funktioniert die \u00dcbertragung auf ein Notrufzentrale?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">Eine (private) Notrufzentrale m\u00f6chte Berichte in einem standardisierten Format erhalten. Daran erkennen sie den Berichtstyp und den &#8222;Client&#8220;. Dann rufen sie die Kontakte an, die im Voraus f\u00fcr den Client kommuniziert wurden.<br>Jedes Mobeye Ger\u00e4t kann Benachrichtigungen an eine Notrufzentrale senden. Dies erfolgt \u00fcber das standardm\u00e4\u00dfige unverschl\u00fcsselte SIA DC \/ 09-Protokoll. Fast alle Notaufnahmen arbeiten damit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Welche Nachrichten werden gemeldet?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">Abh\u00e4ngig von Ihrem Mobeye Ger\u00e4t und Ihrer Anwendung werden bestimmte Nachrichten an die  Notruf Leitstelle weitergeleitet. Ein Einbruchsystem sendet eine andere Nachricht als ein Rauchmelder. Beispiel: Ein Mobeye CM4000, der zum Weiterleiten von Einbruchmeldungen von einem Einbruchspanel verwendet wird, leitet die &#8222;Eingangsalarmmeldung 1&#8220; als Einbruchalarm (BA) weiter.  Wenn der CM4000 f\u00fcr die Brandweiterleitung verwendet wird, richten wir die \u201eEingangsalarmmeldung 1\u201c als Feueralarm (FA) ein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-very-dark-gray-color has-text-color\">Die folgenden Meldungen sind am h\u00e4ufigsten:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alarm (wie Einbruch, Feuer, Temperatur)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alarmwiederherstellung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stromausfall<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stromwiederherstellung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>t\u00e4glicher Testbericht (&#8222;Keep-Alive&#8220;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>niedrige Batteriespannung  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mobeye.com\/files\/IA-ARC.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5307\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mobeye.com\/files\/IA-ARC.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.mobeye.com\/files\/IA-ARC-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/figure><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kann ich trotzdem meine eigenen Nachrichten erhalten?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">Neben der Berichterstattung an ein Notrufzentrale ist weiterhin eine Berichterstattung (Anrufen, SMS, E-Mail) an Ihre eigenen Kontakte m\u00f6glich. Wenn Sie also ein Auge auf alles haben m\u00f6chten, lassen Sie (eine von) diesen Nachrichten parallel an sich selbst senden. Alle historischen Berichte bleiben auch in der Ereignisliste des Portals sichtbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">K\u00f6nnen mehrere Zonen eingerichtet werden?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">Jeder Bericht kann eine Zone enthalten. Ein Mobeye System mit mehreren Eingaben kann daher Zonenberichte erstellen. Es ist sogar m\u00f6glich, Ger\u00e4te mit derselben Client-Nummer, aber mit unterschiedlichen Zonen von separaten Mobeye Ger\u00e4ten zu melden. In der Notrufzentrale geben Sie den Namen\/Standort jeder Zone an. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Welche Schritte sind f\u00fcr die Berichterstellung erforderlich?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">Das Mobeye Ger\u00e4t muss mit dem Mobeye Internet Portal verbunden sein, damit es an die Notrufzentrale melden kann. Ein Mobeye Ger\u00e4t sendet die Berichte erst an das Portal, das sie direkt im richtigen Format an die private Notrufzenrale weiterleitet.
