In the situation of an alarm a Mobeye device can call, send a text message and email to multiple contacts. For a professional follow-up, the Mobeye device sends the reports to a (private) emergency room, or &#8220;alarm receiving center&#8221; (ARC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How does it work? <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">An  alarm receiving center wants to receive reports in a standardised format. This helps them to to recognize the type of report and the \u201cclient\u201d. After receiving an alarm message they call the contacts that have been set-up in advance for the client.<br> Any Mobeye device can send notifications to an ARC. This is done via the standard uncrypted SIA DC\/09 protocol. Almost all emergency rooms work with this protocol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Which messages are reported?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">Depending on your Mobeye device and application, specific messages are forwarded to the ARC. An intrusion system will send a different message than a smoke detector. Example: A CM4000 that is connected to the output relay of an intrusion panel, will forward the \u201cinput 1 alarm\u201d as a burglar alarm (BA). If the CM4000 is connected to a fire system, we set up the \u201cinput 1 alarm message\u201d as a fire alarm (FA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-very-dark-gray-color has-text-color\">The following messages are the most common: <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>alarm (such as intrusion, fire, temperature)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>alarm recovery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>power failure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>power recovery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>daily test message (\u201ckeep-alive\u201d)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>low battery voltage    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mobeye.com\/files\/IA-ARC.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5308\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mobeye.com\/files\/IA-ARC.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.mobeye.com\/files\/IA-ARC-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/figure><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I still receive my own messages?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">In addition to reporting to a monitoring center, standard reporting (calling, texting, e-mailing) to your own contacts is still possible. So if you want to keep an eye on the situation, let the system and Mobeye Internet Portal send (one of) these messages to yourself. All historical reports will also remain visible in the event list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can multiple zones be set up?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">A zone can be included with every report. A Mobeye system with multiple inputs can therefore make zone reports. It is even possible to have multiple devices with the same client number, while each is device reports with its own zone number. In the ARC client set-up you indicate the name\/location for each zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What steps are required for reporting?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">The Mobeye device must be connected to the Mobeye Internet Portal in order to be able to report to an ARC. The Mobeye device first sends the reports to the portal, which forwards them directly to the ARC, in the correct format.
