CM4 series: The rate for the use of the Mobeye Internet Portal and the SIM card is intended as a flat fee. Includes portal usage, device-portal communication, push notifications (for CM4-series), and emails. If a push message is not confirmed, or not used as an alternative to the app, SMS and calls from the portal are possible. Per year 80 call/text credits are included. Logging settings do not affect the price for devices with a logging function.
*CM2 series: The rate for the use of the Mobeye Internet Portal and the SIM card is intended as a flat fee. This includes portal usage, communication between device and portal, (fair use) calls and emails. A credit system applies to notifications by SMS. Per year 20 call/text credits are included. Logging settings do not affect the price for devices with a logging function.
*i110/Argos: The rate for the use of the Mobeye Internet Portal and the SIM card is intended as a flat fee. This includes portal usage, communication between device and portal, emails and (fair use) calls. A credit system applies to notifications by SMS. By default, 40 SMS credits are topped up per year for burglary products.
Extra credits can be topped up online for an amount of around 12 cents each.
The Mobeye SIM card is included in most deliveries and can be activated online in the Mobeye Internet Portal. If the SIM card is missing, you can request it free of charge by specifying the device type and your address.
